Attracting and retaining top talent is crucial for the success of iGaming companies and PlayDigital recognised the need to streamline and enhance the onboarding process embarking on a project to revamp their onboarding materials with us.
The goal was to provide new hires with a comprehensive, visually appealing, and branded onboarding document that not only communicated essential information but also reflected the company’s culture and values.
The return
We created a cohesive and recognisable visual identity, aligning the onboarding experience with the company’s overall brand image by incorporating PlayDigital’s logo, colour scheme, and typography, into the onboarding document. To ensure it wasn’t just a collection of policies and procedures we focused on making the content engaging and informative using storytelling techniques and incorporating real employee photos and using infographics and illustrations to convey information in a visually appealing manner. Recognising the diverse backgrounds and roles of new hires, the onboarding document was personalised to cater to different departments and job roles within the company and rebuilt as a PowerPoint document to facilitate easy updates for the HR team.
New hires responded positively to the revamped onboarding document, praising its user-friendly design, engaging content, and the incorporation of the company’s brand and the document contributed to a smoother and more enjoyable onboarding process.
